Wow. Seriously? I’m already back here?

I’ve been asking myself that in the last half hour. Everything happened so fast, I still can’t believe I’m already back here in my rented room, perched on one side of my bed, typing this blog entry on my computer.

Five days went by so fast. Like it never really happened. Like it was just a dream—a very beautiful dream! ‘Cuz in the course of those five days, I was able to learn to value what is really important. I still remember my status update on Facebook weeks/months ago about me being a pharmacy technician and a cash office clerk, but being a daughter and sister before anything else. No doubt, I made the right decision about going home for my vacation!

Just a while ago, I got a message from Jen. Seems like she was browsing my Pilipinas photos on Facebook:

She’s right. I’ve got absolutely no regrets! I love her!

I was just reading my blog entry on June 15, 2010 about my first time getting here in the US by myself. I was such a scared young little girl who was just about to step out of her comfort zone to explore the world outside. However, there was a brave mother who believed in her and that fact alone was enough to make her brave as well. I enjoyed the flight ‘cuz it was my first time flying on a Boeing 747. I was even so amazed by the touchscreens and how each of them had 18 movies to choose from. Now, guess what. There are 96 movies!

I’m happy I was able to get Kuya a Wow Videoke. When I already got a place of my own, I’d get one for myself too! LOL.

Last month (August 2011), I wasn’t able to post a “Dreams Update” entry, but at this moment, my plans are to be a full-time intern pharmacist in Walgreens Colorado starting the beginning of next year, be a really good intern pharmacist in Pharmaca starting this coming October (I just wanted to practice being an intern ‘cuz Walgreens here wouldn’t let me), get a driver license and a credit card, and quit Ross ‘cuz I don’t really need it and, like I said before, I should only value things that are really important, and Ross just doesn’t fit that criterion anymore.

I’m also starting a novena to St. Therese of the Child Jesus. Amen.
